At ScaleUp, we’re in search of a visionary Co-Founder & CTO to join our team. This role presents a unique opportunity to be part of our exciting journey towards transforming education through technology. As our Co-Founder & CTO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our technological landscape, driving innovation, and overseeing the technical aspects of our platform.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess a diverse skill set, including:

• Technical Expertise: Proven experience in software development and a strong grasp of full-stack development, with expertise in Node.js and MongoDB and good working understanding of ML/AI/LLMs
• Technology Leadership: Previous leadership roles in technology and a track record of successfully guiding technical teams.
• Product Development: Proficiency in developing and maintaining web and mobile applications, including experience with front-end and back-end technologies.
• Database Management: In-depth knowledge of database management systems/designs
• Cloud Services: Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Agile Development: Experience with agile methodologies and project management.
• Strategic Vision: Ability to align technology strategies with business goals and long-term objectives.
• Innovation: A forward-thinking mindset with a knack for identifying and implementing emerging technologies.
• Collaborative Spirit: Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Startup Experience: Previous involvement in scaling up startups or launching new products/services is a significant advantage.
• Adaptability: An adaptable and proactive approach, essential in a startup environment.

Additional Role Details

• Part-Time Commitment: This part-time, remote role provides flexibility for you to manage your current commitments while actively contributing to our venture. Your involvement will initially be based on equity sharing until we secure funding.
• Minimal Monthly Contributions: You may be required to make nominal monthly contributions towards the company’s operational costs during the pre-funding phase.
• Location Flexibility: While this role can be performed remotely, we anticipate the company’s registration in Bangalore. Candidates open to relocating to Bangalore at a later stage will be given preference, aligning with our future plans.
